Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt, so we can discuss.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at shopstatertots@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned like special orders, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping: Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of your purchase. We ship orders within the US on business days (Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays) and typically use USPS or UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that allows you to track your order. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process as the rate is determined by the weight of your package and zip code. Orders over $50.00 are shipped standard for FREE.
Privacy: We do not sell your contact info to lists. We will use it to communicate to you about new products, upcoming specials, ways we're giving back, etc.
Trademark: If you've read our "About us" section, you'll see how long we've worked to launch Statertots. We do own the rights to the name and use of the word Statertots. It's not cool (and it's illegal) to steal our ideas or use our intellectual property. We're working to build this business from scratch including the Trademark process of our name, Statertots. So, thank you for not being a copycat!
